Madison
Collateral Inspection supports the periodic review and reporting on loan
collateral. It can be used solely for this purpose by a collateral review
department, or as part of a broader installation of the Madison System™.
Information from reviews may be entered remotely while the review is traveling.
Real-time progress reports may be reviewed by all authorized personnel.
Sample Selection and Coverage
Use the Sample Selector to select collateral for review then quickly and easily
evaluate sample selection by criteria such as collateral type, market, loan
grade, prior collateral rating, collateral value, loan size, or office.
Monitor Progress and Results
Manage and report on the progress of the review. Display collateral that has
been reviewed and all rating changes. Identify loans that have not yet been
reviewed. Share progress reports with others online or by periodic e-mail.
Save Collateral Review
Results
Save collateral review results, analysis and documents in the System so that
they are available for future loan reviews.
Excel Interface
Collateral review data that is entered into Excel spreadsheets may be automatically
imported into the System to avoid manual data entry.
